Arrival to the USA

MSI Group, Inc. is responsible for all Visa expenses (obtaining H1-B visa, immigration fees, attorney expenses) as well as all transportation expenses (airline tickets, picking up an employee at the airport and delivering to the house).
 

Living Conditions under the Training Period

The Employer (MSI Group, Inc.) is responsible for providing and sponsoring an employee with a comfortable housing and a comfortable living at all times during the Training Period. All of the living expenses: such as housing and transportation to the Client’s site will be paid for by the Employer (MSI Group, Inc.).
 

Compensation under the Training Period

During the Training Period, the Employee shall receive, as total compensation, the following:

  • Monthly salary payable bi-weekly for 1st week up to three (3) months of employment during the training period.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
