MSI Group, Inc. offers a variety of training classes to all the employees joining our team.

Purpose

Training period is produced by the MSI Group, Inc in order to prepare a candidate for the project requested by the client. 
 

Duration

The length of the Training Period can last anywhere from one (1) week to the maximum of three (3) months, depending on the candidate’s knowledge, progress and the Employer’s (MSI Group, Inc) satisfaction. 
 

Training

Training consists of two (2) major parts:

1. Technical Skills, required by the Client and the Employer (MSI Group, Inc).
   
   Technical skills include: Programming skills required by the Client to successfully accomplish the designated task.
    
    

2. Communication skills, required by the Client and the Employer (MSI Group, Inc).
   
   Communication skills include: Satisfactory knowledge of spoken and written English as well as the ability to communicate with the teammates on the project.
